What sort of memberships are on offer?
At MSAC, we have two membership options:
- Performance membership which allows you to access all MSAC has to offer!
- Aquatic Memberships, which give access to all things pool based.
We also offer off-peak memberships which are great for those who prefer to work out during the day. For a reduced price, off-peak members can access our performance or aquatics membership Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm and Saturday – Sunday 12pm-8pm. MSAC also offers special rates for concession card holders.

Is there a joining fee?
Another great thing about our performance and aquatics membership is no joining fees!
Can I pay for a single class?
Yes, they can be booked at the member liaison desk at the gym or customer experience desk for $29 per casual class.
Do I have book in for a group fitness class?
Yes, to book into group fitness classes, please speak to our friendly staff at the Gym reception on level 1. Bookings open three hours prior to the class and close at the commencement of the class. Some of our classes are ticketed and you will need to provide your ticket to the instructor when you enter the studio.

MSAC offers a wide array of Group Fitness Classes whether you're looking to get in your weekly cardio in a spin class, focus on strength training outside of the gym or focus on gentle exercise and rehabilitation, there will be something to help you achieve your goals! How do I start Personal Training?
Speak to the MSAC Gym & Wellness Team at the customer liaison desk or on the phone, to find the best trainer to help you reach your goals.
Are there any age restrictions to join?
The minimum age to join the MSAC gym is 16.
What are the operating hours of the gym?
Monday – Friday 5.30am – 10.00pm
Weekends 7.00am – 8.00pm

Do I have any input over the Group Fitness class schedule?
We always want to improve our gym for members and guests! Members are invited to provide feedback to our Health and Wellness Group Fitness Coordinator to help improve our schedule.
How can I check the Group Fitness class timetable?
The group fitness class timetable changes sometimes to better accommodate our members and guests. You can check the class timetable and download it to your phone or computer here.
Do I need to bring my own mat for a Yoga or Pilates class?
No, all of our studios are fully equipped!
Are there secure lockers?
Yes, at MSAC we recommend that you use our secure lockers available in the change rooms and gym areas to ensure your personal belongings are safe during your workout.
Are there showers available?
Yes, hot showers are available for our members to use as they wish!
Is there a steam room or sauna in the Gym?
The steam room and Sauna are located underneath the gym in the Aquatic area.
