OUR VISION
We are the premier multi-sport facilities in Victoria. We enable sporting organisations and individuals to achieve peak performance, reach their potential and deliver world-class events.
OUR STRATEGY
Imagine Melbourne Sports Centres as the central place to go for all your health and wellness needs – from maintaining a healthy lifestyle to preventing disease and recovering from illness and injury. Imagine a group of facilities that provide state-of –the-art facilities to elite sports and everyday users. A financially successful group of facilities that are socially connected and has staff that develop into leaders in all aspects of life.
That’s exactly what the Trust and Executive Team imagined when developing Melbourne Sports Centres' 2017-2027 Strategic Plan. The plan outlines an ambitious vision for the business with key milestones to help achieve the overall objective. You can read our plan here.
