With the school term and the work year in full swing, life just got a whole lot busier. This means that for some of us, the health and fitness regime that we started in January tends to take a backseat. Or, you might need a little help to stay motivated and achieve your New Year’s resolution.
Well to help you reach your goals, the MSAC Gym & Wellness team is challenging you to 50 days of healthy living and good habits! The best thing about this challenge, is that its free to MSAC performance members, so there’s nothing to lose!
