Introducing Aqua Yoga!

Unwind, improve your yoga practice and challenge your balance in our brand-new class!

MSAC is proud to announce that we are the only Victorian provider of our latest class, Aqua Yoga! This new class will cater for a full range of yogis, whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years, this class is bound to improve your yoga ability, flexibility and stability.  

Aqua Yoga develops strength and balance whilst in a relaxing aquatic environment. The 45-minute class is performed in water, and will teach and practice the principles and movements of yoga without gravity, allowing the body to find its maximum stretch. With a focus on breath and movement, Aqua Yoga can strengthen the body, increase mobility and improve balance, all while quietening the mind.

Join us at the launch of this new class on Thursday the 14th of February at 6:30pm in the hydrotherapy pool! After the launch, this will be a reoccurring addition to the group fitness timetable, running every Thursday at 6:30pm. Bookings are required for this class and will open three hours prior to the commencement of the class.
