Start 2020 with a bang with seven classes added to our group fitness timetable!

We are excited to announce that we have added seven extra classes to our group fitness class timetable for 2020, with Zumba Gold and Meditation appearing for the first time starting on January 20th!

Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class will you have you energised and ready to take the week by storm, with its Monday 6:30pm timeslot.

With an ideal timeslot of Tuesday at 5:45pm, there is no better way to wind down after a busy day at work than Meditation. Be guided by one of our qualified instructors to achieve a new level of peace and tranquillity through guided meditation that promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

Thursday 6pm Hot Pilates 

Thursday 9.20am BodyPump 

Friday 6.15am Hot Pilates
