Gym & Class Facilities

Whether you're looking to smash a strength or weights session, improve your cardiovascular fitness or relax and unwind, our Gym floor and Group Fitness Classes cater to all your needs. 

GYM

Our gym includes state of the art equipment to meet your strength, weight training and cardiovascular needs. Our gym staff are available on the floor to help show you how to use the equipment or provide helpful tips on your technique. 

Your Performance Membership includes access to a number of group fitness classes including TRX and Small Group Training.

If you'd prefer 1:1 personal training and support in your fitness goals, the team at TrewHealth (based in the MSAC Gym) are available for bookings. 

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

MSAC offers a wide array of Group Fitness Classes whether you're looking to get in your weekly cardio in a spin class, focus on strength training outside of the gym or focus on gentle exercise and rehabilitation.
