Our gym includes state of the art equipment to meet your strength, weight training and cardiovascular needs. Our gym staff are available on the floor to help show you how to use the equipment or provide helpful tips on your technique.
Your Performance Membership includes access to a number of group fitness classes including TRX and Small Group Training.
If you'd prefer 1:1 personal training and support to reach your fitness goals, the Melbourne Sports Centres PT team are available for bookings.
MSAC offers a wide array of Group Fitness Classes whether you're looking to get in your weekly cardio in a spin class, focus on strength training outside of the gym or focus on gentle exercise and rehabilitation.
