The responsibilities of the State Sport Centres Trust (SSCT) include the planning, design, construction, management, operation and maintenance of sporting facilities in Victoria. SSCT undertakes its procurement activities in accordance with the policies and directions of the Victorian Government, including those set by the Victorian Government Purchasing Board.
