How to series Terms and Conditions

MSAC “How to” Series: Foam rolling

  • MSAC’s “How to Series: Foam rolling” is free to all members with a performance membership or aquaticss membership only. Not Valid for pass holders, 7 Day trial participants, casuals or visitors’ access
  • The “How to” informative class will begin at 5.30pm Tues TBA 2019 and will finish on 11.30am Sunday Nov TBA 2019
  • The “How to” informative sessions will take place in the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre’s yoga room, located in the wellness zone
  • The maximum number of attendees per session is 15 members and Bookings essential
  • A booking can be made in person at the membership services desk and wellness desk or by email
  • Any walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a spot due to Limited Numbers
  • A ticket must be obtained in person on the day of the desired session by the member, within 30 minutes of the session at the membership services desk and wellness desk to be admitted entry
  • No ticket, no entry
  • This is an interactive and informative session, so participants must arrive in appropriate workout gear
  • Please Bring your own water bottle and towel
  • Foam rollers and yoga mats will be provided to all attendees
  • Session will include a detailed explanation and demonstration of how to perform foam roller exercises safely and with correct technique. All attendees will receive a detailed handout with the most common and popular foam roller exercises
  • All sessions will run for 1 hour in total
  • Each member can only participate in one session
  • All entry Terms and conditions apply.
  • Can’t be exchanged for cash or any other services
