Squads

The MSAC Squad program supports swimmers interested in pursuing competitive and high-performance opportunities. The program designed as a pathway that support swimmers from Learn to Swim right through to elite athlete status.

Squad, Training & Pathways

Our vision is to support individuals to achieve their full potential through peak performance. We deliver this through access to specialist coaches, both in and out of the pool. The training model is unique as it caters for participants beginning their competitive swimming journey, right up to participants with national rankings. Our new model also caters for masters swimmers, or swimmers who are no longer competing regularly, but are still looking to retain their competitive edge under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Squad swimmers have access to world-class training facilities including the Swim Analysis Lab and Athlete Performance Centre, ensuring well-balanced training and athlete development.
