Reopening offerings

As Victoria moves to Last Step Restrictions, we are excited to announce that memberships and casual stadium bookings will return to Melbourne Sports Centres, joining casual lap swimming, hydrotherapy, Swim School and group fitness as activities now on offer at Victoria’s premier multi-sport facilities. 

Offering updates

All casual sessions need to be pre-booked and pre-paid online via our website or booking portal, with a strict cancellation policy in place. Please note that some users on Chrome and Safari on iPhones and MacBooks have experienced issues using our booking system. If you are using those devices, please book via this page

Casual Stadium Bookings

Badminton, Basketball, Squash and Table Tennis courts will be available to be booked at Melbourne Sports Centres – MSAC from November 24. All courts must pre-booked and pre-paid online, with a strict cancellation policy in place. For information, and to book, please visit this page

Swim School

Swim School will return to Melbourne Sports Centres on Monday November 23 with a summer ready program focused on water awareness and refreshment of stroke technique to prepare your child for the warmer months.  

We have completely redesigned our swim school curriculum whilst we have been closed, with an enhanced focus on stroke development and techniqueInformation about the new levels and curriculum, as well as enrolments, can be found here for Pre-School aged swimmers and here for School-Aged swimmers.

Group Fitness

Group Fitness sessions will commence at MSAC from Wednesday, November 11, with outdoor classes continuing at Lakeside. For more information and to book, please visit this page


Hydrotherapy Sessions can be booked on a casual basis, without the presence of a Health Professional. Please note that all Hydrotherapy sessions are currently being held in the Multipurpose Pool on Ground Floor. For more information, and to book, please visit this page

Sir Albert Café

The Sir Albert Café is back! Pop in for a coffee or one of our famous deli selections post-session and enjoy beautiful views of Albert Park Lake from 7am Monday – Sunday. Please note we are operating a cashless payment system.

Access and Safety

We uphold strict safety measures at our venues, including ensuring all members, athletes, visitors and staff wear face masks, keep a 1.5m distance when possible and sign in and out for contract tracing purposes. Changing facilities will be available, but you are encouraged to come ready to train, and at the end of your session, use the change facilities if you need them.  Access to the Gym and Group Fitness Classes will be through Main Reception, with all Aquatics access through the Outdoor Pool on the Aughtie Drive side of the venue.


Parking will be available in the Stadiums Carpark only, due to Covid-19 testing being conducted by DHHS in the multi-deck car park. Normal fees and charges apply, with contactless payment upon exit strongly encouraged. Please see map below for more information.
